Canada’s only national fishing, hunting and conservation magazine, Outdoor Canada, celebrates five decades of publication this year. Along with 50-themed features throughout 2022, the award-winning magazine will commemorate this significant publishing milestone with a special 50th anniversary issue, due off the presses in mid-June. Published six times a year, Outdoor Canada has earned numerous awards over the decades.  Among the numerous accolades, the publication has been named Magazine of the Year three times by the Canadian Society of Magazine Editors, together with Editor-in-Chief Patrick Walsh as Editor of the Year. Patrick in his early years was also Editor of Masthead when it had a print edition.
