Graham has been with the LC Media Inc.-owned, Montreal-based magazine for five years, most recently as features editor. “We…want to strengthen Cycle Canada’s position as the definitive motorcycle magazine in the country with a fresh commitment to rigorous journalism and feature stories,” the new editor writes in his first editorial. Graham will also continue as editor of Scooter Canada magazine.

Arash Mohtashami-Maali will become head of the writing and publishing section at the Canada Council for the Arts, which provides support for literary and cultural magazines, on April 20. He replaces Melanie Rutledge, who left the position three months ago. Mohtashami-Maali is the director of Liasons, a French language literary magazine based in Ottawa, and Éditions L’Interligne.
