UofGuelph-Humber’s Emerge Magazine wins big at Pinnacle Awards

Emerge Magazine
, produced by fourth-year media studies students at The University of Guelph-Humber, was named Feature Magazine of the Year at the 2014 Pinnacle Awards

The Pinnacle’s celebrate excellence in student produced college media, created during the academic year. The ceremony took place in Philadelphia during the Fall National College Media Convention.

The magazine also won six additional Pinnacles and two Associated College Press Best of Show Awards:

•Best Magazine Contents Page/Spread Design (1st)
•Best Magazine Entertainment Page/Spread Design (2nd)
•Best Online Main Page (2nd)
•Best Website of the Year (Four‐year program) (3rd)
•Best Ad Supplement/Special Section (3rd)
•Best Social Media Main Page (3rd)
