Quebec and BC publishers dominate the 2021 COPAs
 
The 2021 COPA Awards were held virtually on Thursday, February 10 in an entertaining and fun event that had webinars from the judges and an Awards presentation complete with a virtual audience using sound effects. The big medal winners were publishers from Quebec and British Columbia.

NumériQ Inc was the big winner with 6 Gold and a silver, Discourse Media came in second with 3 Gold and 4 Silver and the Tula Foundation/Hakai Magazine came in third with 3 gold and 3 silver. Honourable mention goes to the Overstory Media Group and York University with 4 gold each. 
The Best of Canada winners were from Quebec and Western Canada that reflected the geographic distribution of the 2021 winners.
