Maclean's hitting radio airwaves
Rogers Media's Maclean's brand expands to radio with Maclean's On the Hill, a new program debuting on the media house's 1310News station in Ottawa.

The hour-long political talk show will feature Maclean's Ottawa bureau chief John Geddes, political editor Paul Wells and associate editor Aaron Wherry. It will be hosted by Cormac MacSweeney, Parliament Hill reporter for CityNews, Rogers news and various other radio stations.

"We are extremely fortunate at Maclean’s to have the best and brightest team of political journalists in the country," said Mark Stevenson, editor of Maclean's, in a Rogers release. "On Macleans.ca and on tablet and in print, they are already extremely well-read. Now, to be able to connect with audiences through our Rogers radio stations is an exciting expansion."

Starting March 22, Maclean's on the Hill airs Saturdays at 10 a.m. and Sundays at 8 a.m. (ET) on 1310News. It will also be available via podcast on Macleans.ca and CityNews.ca, and the websites for 1310News, 680News (Toronto), News1130 (Vancouver), 660News (Calgary), News95.7 (Halifax), and 570News (Kitchener).

Previous podcast episodes are available online and presumably give a good idea of what to expect from the radio show.
