Lazarus Bleau Inc. has acquired Horizon Travel Magazine and OntheGo Toronto media business. Horizon Travel and lifestyle magazine is distributed through The Toronto Star, National Post and The Wall Street Journal, claims of a readership of over 4 million consumers in Canada and the US.
