Frank mag to fight publication ban breach charge
Frank magazine’s managing editor Andrew Douglas, has been accused of breaching a publication ban. He published a story on Christopher Garnier, a man who faces a second-degree murder charge, using information he received from a leaked document.
Some of the leaked information happened to be included in a publication ban imposed during the preliminary hearing for the trial—which he says he did not attend.
Douglas is responding to the charges in a unique way. J-source speaks with him on their website.
