Bettie Bradley, long-time editor of Today's Bride
Bettie Bradley, long-time editor of Today’s Bride, recently passed away. Bradley had helmed the title for 35 years.

 

            Bradley took over Today’s Bride in 1982, after a long and colourful career in media and assorted other industries. She retired at 90. At 88, she wrote “The Wedding Expert: 400 Things You Need to Know to Plan Your Big Day.”

            Along the way she wrote a weekly column for the Mississauga Times, became its community editor, was executive editor of Beaute magazine, and editor of the Beauty Book, a trade pub. She launched All About You magazine before moving to Today’s Bride at Family Communications. She was 94.
