New "gadget bar" at COPA+ Oct. 24 features latest tablets, smartphones
Just in time for Christmas, attendees at the COPA+ Digital Publishing Conference this coming Monday will be able to take the latest tablets and smartphones for a test drive at the new "Gadget Bar" in the COPA+ Market.

With the Android marketing booming, publishers, editors and designers will be able to see and touch new tablets from Dell, LG and Motorola. Other devices including new smartphones and 3D monitors will also be on display.

The COPA+ Market is free to attend, and includes presentations on digital publishing trends and tools from ABCinteractive, CCAB, Mag+ and Mygazines. Other Market participants include Aysling Digital Media Solutions (Adobe and Woodwing partner) and Texterity. 

The Market takes place from 2:15 to 5 p.m. at the COPA+ venue, the Gladstone Hotel at 1214 Queen St. W. in Toronto. To register for free admittance to the Market, click here.

 
The full COPA+ Digital Publishing Conference starts at 9:15 a.m. and features keynotes and panel sessions on tablet publishing, mobile, digital monetization and pricing, and business models for editorial-based publishers.
