Ryerson Magazine Publishing Program expands to include Web Publishing
Ryerson University’s G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education has announced its magazine program has expanded to include web publishing.
Starting in the 2010-2011 academic year, the Magazine Publishing program will change its name to Magazine and Web Publishing. This change acknowledges the industry shift to prioritizing web presence, according to a Ryerson press release.
Much of the program is already applicable to those working in both print and on the web, said the release. New courses in the fall, including ‘Ad Sales on the Web’ will include a wider focus on digital publishing.
