People in print: Changes at Law Times, Backbone and more

Law Times, the weekly lawyer newspaper published by Aurora, Ont.-based CLB Media, has a new editor. Glenn Kauth, a feature writer for all the publications in CLB's legal group for the past year, will replace Gretchen Drummie, who left the paper earlier this year. Robert Todd, who started with CLB as a copy editor, is moving into Kauth's feature writing role once a new associate editor has been hired.
Dinah Quattrin, publisher of Toro magazine from 2003 to 2007, has been hired as associate publisher of Toronto-based Backbone magazine. Quattrin has been on maternity leave for the past year and has in the past done work for Azure and EnRoute. Backbone, a nine-year-old title, covers technology from a business perspective and is distributed through the Globe and Mail.
Over at national distributor Coast to Coast Newsstand Services Partnership, Peter van de Geyn has been appointed national director of sales and marketing. van de Geyn has been with the company for 10 years, serving in a variety of roles.
