The 2014 Canadian Cover Awards/Grands prix canadiens – Meilleures couvertures are open for submission at coverawards.ca.
The Cover Awards recognize and celebrate the importance of magazine covers in Canadian single copy sales. Publishers of English- and French-language magazines sold in Canada are invited to submit issues from September 2012 to September 2013 with finalized sales.

Awards are available in seven categories:
- Women’s Service
- News, Business and Celebrity
- Home and Décor
- Sports and Leisure
- General Interest, Arts, Lifestyle and Regional
- SIPs and New Magazines
- Small Magazines—a new category in 2014 for magazines with a circulation of under 50,000 copies
Nominations are also open for the Newsstand Marketer of the Year Award. Nominate an individual working for a Canadian publishing house, a national distributor or a wholesaler who has demonstrated passion and innovation—and produced results—for a newsstand project. Their work may be for regular duties performed, for efforts above and beyond the call of duty or for a special campaign in 2013.There is no cost to nominate someone for this award: simply complete an online nominations form. All nominations are confidential.
