Nothing quite heralds ”spring” as the arrival of flowering pansies. Which is why GardenMaking magazine (now in its fourth year) has chosen this fan favourite as the star for its new cover.

Bright and cheerful, the cover uses a big numerical, a starburst button, and the left-hand real estate quite effectively, and color is used smartly to help the eye navigate down the page.

The skybar area was customised to give western readers some addtional reasons to purchase (see cover below). Click on images to enlarge.
