Good Housekeeping Editor Jane Francisco named keynote speaker for The Advertising Club of Toronto’s Magazine Day 2016
 

The Advertising Club of Toronto has announced Jane Francisco, Editor-in-chief of Good Housekeeping, as the keynote speaker for the AdClub’s upcoming Magazine Day 2016 that takes place Friday, December 2, at the Four Seasons Hotel Yorkville in Toronto. Jane Francisco has been in the magazine industry for over 20 years holding key positions as Editor-in-chief of Chatelaine, Style at Home, and Glow magazine. Francisco was appointed Editor-in-chief of Good Housekeeping in November 2013.

 
“Jane started her illustrious career with many of Canada’s top publications before she was whisked away by Good Housekeeping in 2013.  Having just celebrated its 130th anniversary, Jane understands the importance of maintaining the strengths and values that the Good Housekeeping brand has stood for through generations, while ensuring it’s aligned with the lifestyle and expectations of today’s reader no matter how or where they are accessing the brand,” said Tim Hughes, managing director of cairns oneil strategic media inc. and co-Chair of the Magazine Day organizing committee. 

The Advertising Club of Toronto is a not-for-profit organization that serves the advertising industry and all its related services, including media, creative, production, advertising and marketing. The AdClub’s mandate is to raise and distribute charitable funds by organizing events that present the newest ideas and developments in the advertising industry and create social and business networking opportunities for ad industry colleagues.
