This role is responsible for advertisement placement in digital magazines.

our opportunity

Under the direction of the Publisher Avenue, the Digital Advertising Coordinator is responsible for a range of duties related to the planning and pre-press phases of magazine production. Salary is commensurate with skills and experience.

This is an opportunity to:

• Manage ad creative for online campaigns, interacting with clients in a professional manner adhering to deadlines and brand standards.

• Ensure that all communication and proofing is accurate.

• Assist clients with social media campaigns and weekly newsletters.

• Create and publish advertising webpages to fulfill custom sales initiatives.

• Upload all ad material through various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ad Manager (formerly DoubleClick for Publishers), MailChimp, and multiple CMS including WordPress, Rivista and Joomla.

• Monitor inventory and ad performance using Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics.

• Stay up to date on the latest advances in digital marketing and advertising and incorporate these strategies into campaigns.

• Support Publishers and Sales team with proposals as required in a timely and efficient manner.

• Keep Sales team informed of their clients’ production status.

• Provide weekly and monthly digital reports to Sales team.

• Recognize business-building opportunities with our advertisers and our Publishers.

• Manage and monitor digital inventory for all products, making or recommending adjustments as required to fulfill all external and internal ad campaigns, trouble shooting with internal team when needed.

• Maintain accurate documentation within and not limited to the CRM system (Magazine Manager), Trello and Google Calendars.

• Analyze target markets and make recommendations to the editors.

As the Digital Advertising Coordinator, you are able to work in a team and across teams to produce a great product.

Your skills, knowledge and know-how:

• You have strong Mac computer skills with a solid background in Adobe Creative Suite.

• Assets would be experience using Facebook Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.

• You have strong writing and editing skills.

• You are a team player with good communication and people skills.

• You are self-motivated, organized and a good problem solver.
